slept at 12.30am last nite. woke up again at 3am to continue doing MMIT tutorial which was still half-done b4 i feel aslp. managed to finish it before THE ROYAL MOTHERHOOD barged into the room cz she saw my room still brightly lit frm the shine of the study light frm under the door. went to slp again at 3.30am.
woke up at 7am tis morning. -.-
had a badminton date wif ryan, robin, hairul, huiwen, peijin and kenneth at 9am. me vs huiwen, kenneth vs hairul, robin vs peijin. due to the lack of rackets, ryan had to sit out the first round. and he ended up doing MMIT tutorial. wth!? -.-
my 2nd round was still wif huiwen before she switched wif kenneth. knn. play wif him. smack so high i had to keep looking up to see where the stoopid shuttlecock is. nw my back hurts. found out ryan cn really play badminton. nice. competitive playing. anyways, play2 until ard 10.45-11am. then we went to shower and change.
all in all, not bad for a first-time mini-clique work-out session.
but...
ROBIN spoiled my beautiful, multi-coloured racket[staring daggers at ROBIN]
din't manage to play against robin, hairul, peijin and even, ryan. i tink he too scared to play wif me sia. scared i beat him. hahaha!! :D
nvm, there's always next time. and other sports too.. :D

1. thaw sauce
- 1 tartar, 2 mayo, 1 big mac
2. thaw cheese
3. assemble ketchup/mustard dispenser
- stock up ketchup/mustard
4. stock up salt dispenser(fries) & grill seasoning
5. stock up:
- shredded lettuce
- chipotle sauce
- pickle & onion
- shredded cheese
- corn
9AM
1. turn on rapid toaster
10AM
1. turn on regular products' cooking vats
2. stock up lunch products into freezer
- regular chicken products
- apple pie
- 10:1 patties(beef)
3. arrange fries basket area
10.30AM
1. prepare ingredients at prep table
2. heat up apple pie basket
3. standby corn cup utensils
4. put fries in baskets
10.45AM
1. change UHC
2. ask shift manager food product level
3. cook:
- apple pie
- mcspicy patties
- mcchicken pattties
- mcnuggets & chicken strip
- mcwings
11AM onwards(change-over)
1. change grill clamshell 1 to regular
2. switch off:
- egg cooker
- muffin toaster
- grill clamshell 2
3. clear all breakfast items
4. wash:
- grill clamshell 2
- egg cooker
- all breakfast utensils
- UHC breakfast trays
- side grill bins
5. stock up oil bottle
6. wash coloured & grill cloth
7. thaw products for tmr's use:
- hotcakes
- mcgriddles
- orange juice concentrate
- turkey roll
8. do sundae mix
9. change sanitizer water in:
- sink
- 2 pails of cloth
- cup for soaking milo sponge
NOTE:
1. side duty = replenish milo
2. sweep + mop when done
3. try to finish everything b4 1PM
as u cn see frm the above, these are the list of duties u hv to do for transition duty. "transition duty" refers to the job of cleaning up the breakfast items and preparing for the lunch menu.
quite fun actually despite the long list of things to do. i only hate the washing utensils part. DAMN TIRING!! i had to do it for 2 days straight. initial training on Sat. buddy with ARIF. we finished at 3PM cz most of the time he left me on my own to fend for myself. nt his fault la. MGR NINA called him out to help ALY send McDelivery orders. then today, practice transition. AGAIN. supposed to buddy with WENDY but MGR NINA(AGAIN!) ask her to help out in the kitchen. leaving me on my own to fend for myself. AGAIN. my mum helped a bit la with the thawing of products for tmr's use. and thankfully i managed to finsh earlier today. i tink i was done by 2PM.
